  Hi!

  As mentioned on that page, this option is not available on the “WordPress.com dashboard”

  It’s available on the wp-admin dashboard.

  Are you talking about this WordPress.com site? https://doudou0o.wordpress.com/

  If that’s the case, you should find that option at https://doudou0o.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-writing.php
