Cannot use Plugins

  I was told the main reason I cannot use plugins nor do I even have an option to is because I chose my own hosting but I did not want to know that nor was I aware that it could cost me the use of plugins. How do I fix this mistake?

  The WordPress.com blog linked to your username is empty. There is no FTP access and we cannot upload plugins into free hosted WordPress.com blogs. You need plugins then you must hire a web host and set up a WordPress.com install.
