Cannot use the Edit link when viewing blog or post

  When I try to use the “Edit” link at the bottom of my post, it directs me to the edit post page but with an error
  “Oops! An error occurred while loading this post.
  User cannot edit post”

  And I cant edit it that way. I have to edit my posts going through the dashboard.
  Can you help?
