Cannot use the functions in the paid account

  I am the administrator (shutingliu324) of the paid account (tat28922456), but I cannot use the functions in the paid account.

  Hi there,

  In order to manage and use the subscriptions under the paid account, you’ll need to log into that account. shutingliu324is not connected to that account at all. I do not see you as an admin.

  Do you have access to the other account?

  but tat28922456 has added me as administrator. so it means that i have same authority as tat28922456?

  You’re not added as an administrator of an account. You were added as admin only to one specific site in tat28922456‘s account, twautocomtw.wordpress.com

  That gives you the ability to manage any aspect of that site, but it does not give you any control over the tat28922456 username account, nor over any upgrades that belong to the account.

  What exactly are you trying to do that isn’t working for you?
