Cannot use VISUAL tab in edit post window – release problem?!?
-
I am creating a new post and I cannot use the VISUAL tab in the edit post window. I can only see the TEXT tab and its window.
Using Chrome: each time I try to click on the VISUAL tab, nothing changes but I see in the console the error message “cannot read property canvas of undefined”.
UsIng Firefox: if I click on the VISUAL tab, the editing menu appears but the window gets completely blank. I can then go back to the TEXT tab without losing the menu and edit my text from there, but the tags remain visible and the process is very painful.
I googled around and it seems(*) to be a known “release 3.5 bug” (an official release without WYSIWYG edit post window???):
Needless to say, on wordpress.com I cannot help myself with upgrades or hacks on config files.
Can you have a look at this problem? I see that the release I am working on is:
majorVersion:”3″,minorVersion:”5.8-wp2″,releaseDate:”2013-02-11″
Thank you for your attention and have a nice day,
