cannot view members area of a paid for WordPress site

  Hi, I have paid to subscribe to the members area of theescapemanual.com but cannot view it on my laptop, only on my phone.
  I have a WordPress account (I may have two – not sure).
  I have a website varsitytravel.co.uk & I believe my WordPress account for this is ‘varsitytravel’.
  I seem to have another WordPress account in my name ‘LaurenceHigham’

  How to I get to view the members area at theescapemanual.me on my computer please?
