Cannot view my website

  Hi. I am trying to create my website and every time I try and view my site or try and cutomize a theme it takes me to a google page saying
  ‘404. That’s an error.The requested URL / was not found on this server. That’s all we know. ‘

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
