Cannot visit or login my wp website!

    Hi, I am new to wordpress. I was logged in as the admin and did not log out for long time in the wp panel. I did not delete anythink. I was creating a new page and saved it as a draft. Then when I tried to visit the website, it did not respond again.
    What I have tried so far:
    1- I tried to log in to cPanel and tried to rename the .htaccess file, it did not work. I name it .htaccess again
    2- I tried to deactivate plugins to see if the problem was them but changing the plugins folder name under wp-content folder also did not help. I rename them plugins again. This action might deactivate all the plugins in the wp panel but I am unable to log in there and check.
    3- I’ve read that it might be an php memory limit issue but I don’t receive any error message referring to that.
    Finally, I need your advice to find a way around to be able to display the website again asap.

    What is the URL of your site? Based off of what you are describing, and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

    Hi,

    The url is http://www.goyouthink.com and it is a wordpress website but hosted on GoDaddy. As I said, I am new to wp so did not know about this difference. I cannot login wp-admin panel nor visit the website. I checked the cPanel on the server side and all looks fine to me. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    I would reach out to Go Daddy to see if they can assist you with regaining access,

    However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:
