Cannot write or make new post

I am truly hoping that this is a simple issue. My older laptop I was using crashed so I bought a new one. I am attempting to write a new post for my website and it will not allow me to post. The page won’t load, and if I open it in another window or even in another browser, all I am getting is a white screen with the blue question mark in the bottom right corner. I have made sure java is enabled, pop ups are enabled, I have cleared my cookies and cache and still I am unable to post. Please advide on what I may be able to do. Thank you!

@shofkomcourtneyyahoocom.I am sorry to find that you are incountering issues with editing and adding posts.
May I ask if you’re using wordpress.com, or if you’re using wordpress.org? If you are using wordpress.com, your site is hosted in wordpress.com, and you don’t have a third party hosting provider.

I am in wordpress.com, and I have just now noticed that I cannot access any of the posts that I have already wrote and posted to my website.
