Cannot write or publish a post because the editor will not open

  my editor will not open so I cannot write a post. I keep getting a 400 request error…I’ve tried clearing my cache as suggested. The editor sometimes returns long enough for me to write a post, but then refuses to publish the article. Can’t address the dashboard for the same reason. This has been going on since aroun 7:30 am Rome time on the 5th of November.
