Cannot Write Post & Blog Not Loading Properly

Hi
Using both IE and Firefox – Windows 7 operating system – the “add new post” page appears not to be functioning properly.
The two tabs for Visual and HTML are visible but unusable, clicking on the HTML or Visual tab leaves the user still on HTML tab. Text is in white – not helpful on a white background. Also, the drop down menus for screen options and help on the main posts page do not work.
Tried emptying cache on my laptop but no resolution. The problem also occurs when using a desktop. Checked my profile and the Visual Editor is enabled.
To top it all, the blog is not loading ‘themed’.
Umm, help??!?!

Staff are tinkering with something WP-wide at present, so I’d suggest leaving it for an hour if you can and trying again then. You might want to report this to staff via your dashboard so they know what effect their actions are having.

I’ve just checked with a guest poster and they have been able to access the New Post pages without any issues.

I’m also having the same problems, and our blog formatting isn’t working. It looks as if it’s defaulted to text only.

My sidebar is floating near the bottom of my screen – on the lower right. Text for my recent blog entry is too large. Anyone else experiencing this?

My problem isn’t with the button. I added a post an hour ago and it isn’t showing up on the blog. When I click the direct link, it opens up fine. But it isn’t showing up on the home page of the blog. Why would it just not appear?

This is a different issue than the above, but I just checked and the most recent post on your site is showing up properly on the main page.
Are you still seeing otherwise?

OK, I made it to the first link but the second two were blogged as porn sites by my company’s firewall.

Thank you for responding. This was my guess.
Please notify your IT department or click the link that may be provided on the firewall warning page to report the domains as NOT porn sites.
We are likewise working on this from here but as we’re dealing with firewalls that we’re not in control of I don’t have any kind of ETA as to when (or if) this might get fixed.

I cannot add a post to my blog, http://chamblee54.wordpress.com.
I usually use firefox, but I tried Internet Explorer and it did not work either.
I tried to add some pictures, and got an unnumbered error message. I decided to use the code for old pictures, and that and the text did not load.
This is very annoying and I hope it is resolved soon. -
