Cannotnacess log-in or website!

  Hi my partner Hamford McDonald ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) cannot log into his account and his wordpress site which was working fine this morning now does not load and there is no way for us to get in to see what the problem is. Please please help, the website is :

  The site you’ve indicated is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress, using the free WordPress.org software.
