Cannout acces website father in law

  Hi my farther in law has a terminal desease. He asked me to help him to get his old wordpress website offline. https://oostermanverwarming.wordpress.com/

  He does not have any of the pieces of information to proof his ownership (the  transaction ID, activation URL or key or the two factor authentication codes).

  So the onnly option is to request WordPress to set the website to private. How can I do this request?
