    hey jolantapulk !
Yes, the hosting guys were right, the issue is that the WordPress admin page is not accessible, you will need to check the wp-login.php page for this.

As you are using the WordPress self-hosted version, you can ask this query in the .org forum HERE.

Good day, WP admin page is not accessible, what should I do?

    Hey there,

Try disabling all your plugins by moving or deleting them from your /wp-content/plugins/ folder. Do this by FTP or by your host’s control panel.

If this doesn’t work, log in to the server via FTP, and upload a fresh copy of WordPress. This will fix your wp-admin and any other folders or files that have been corrupted.

You can download a fresh copy of WordPress from WordPress.org.

    Hi,

You can easily locate the Plugins folder from your Cpanel’s database section. Follow this path:

Login to Cpanel>> Click File Manager>> Expand wp-content folder>> Select Plugins folder

This folder stores all of your site’s plugins. You can delete the corrupted plugin from this folder manually.

    Hope this works for you!
