Can’s access my dashboard

    Hello everyone,

    I tried logging into my website’s dashboard with website/wp-admin but it says email address/username not found. It had earlier refused my password and when I tried reset password, it failed to send it to my email. I do not know what else to do

    Hi there!

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
