    Hi sorourzouaoui,

    Would you like to cancel your plan, domain name, or both? Depending on what you what to cancel will determine how you need to proceed.

    With regards to canceling your plan:

    How can I cancel my plan?
    You can cancel your plan via Purchases. Click the button to Cancel below the plan details. Follow the prompts to cancel your plan, and be sure to check your email for a link to confirm your cancellation.

    also note that:

    You can cancel a domain registered through WordPress.com:

    -within two days of purchase and receive a full refund. To cancel, please log into your account and go to Purchases. Click Cancel next to the domain you wish to cancel.
    -after two days from the purchase date, you can remove the domain from Purchases, but not receive a refund.

    If your domain is part of a plan, you will have to remove the plan before you can remove the domain. If your intention is to separate the plan and the domain, you’ll want to contact support.

    @sorourzouaoui – You filed a dispute with either PayPal or your bank, so we have issued you a charge back fee.

    Can you please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and issue you a refund which would take 7-10 business days. However, if the chargeback has already been completed, i.e. your bank is refunding you, then you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site and disputes can take a long time, so you could possible not receive your refund for up to 75 days. Please let me know if you’re able to cancel the dispute with your bank.

    Your stats and your content are all safe. But because chargebacks are a very serious matter we lock any site with a pending chargeback until the matter is resolved. You can find more information here:

    Thank you all for your help! Thé think is that the payment was done on an old crédit card. I was not using my blog anymore…

    What should I do now? Pay with a recent credit card and cancel my plan?

    Who did you file the dispute with. PayPal or your credit card? If PayPal, I would contact them and see if they will close the dispute for you.

    Are you canceling your domain subscription so that you can use it elsewhere? Or so that you can receive a refund? I can lift the hold on your account so that you can move the domain elsewhere, but you shouldn’t cancel the domain with us if that is your goal.

    You should’ve been notified once the dispute was settled. Were you contacted?

    Do you remember what credit card you used previously? Even if the card is expired, I want to see if you can contact them and get the dispute cancelled since it was a recent claim. Let me know if that is possible.
