Cant able to update the plugins as well as change SEO settings

Dear Concern,
I am not able to update many of the plugins that I am using, it gives a message Update Failed: -1 .
As well as while using SEo it gives a message ‘ Something went wrong while optimizing the SEO data of your site. Please try again later.’ I have tried several times but I am not to change the SEO settings.

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
