Can you let me know the URL of the blog that you were invited to?
Is this your blog or did someone invite you to contribute?

After he clicks on “Accept invitation” he is send on a page where it says “Whoops, you can’t use an activation key you’ve created for someone else.” And I’ve tried that about 10 times now.
Please, can u help?

Hello there,
What is the URL starting with http:// of the blog that you were invited to?Please also consider linking your username to your blog. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.

I am also having problems. The invitation for the Author role shows up as Accepted, but the user is not in the user list and cannot submit content.

It looks like all accepted Authors are displaying in your Users page.
What were the first 4 letters of the email address belonging to the user with the problem?

I re-sent the invite to the earthlink email, and I am waiting for her to respond.
Some of the other users may simply be confused, and I am trying to understand why.
1. Some of them see the invite and go to the site without activation (bypassing the invite action).
2. Some of them have email with images turned off, or not set to HTML. I am going to set up a fake user for myself and try to see what they are seeing (or not seeing).
