  Hello, I am trying to log into my website and it’s not there… its the weirdest thing. All my domains are gone. My website. My payment information. I click on a receipt and it brings me to a completely blank profile. I’ve tried to recover it, using a transaction ID, nothing. Please help.

  That domain is connected to the account krystamaravilla. You’ll need to log out of your current account and log into that WordPress.com account to access the site. Do you know the login credentials for that particular WordPress.com account?
