  Hello, I can’t access my site for customization on wordpress yet others can view the information on it. All my devices are giving me the not secure error message. My hosting providers confrimed all is well from their side. What could be the isssue

  Correct account: Yes

  We can’t help a sthat site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You could start by clearing your browser cache and dns cache.
