    Can’t access. Also, have a charge on a credit card for $3.50 from WP that I did not make. Would appreciate talking to a person.

    Hi there!

    I’m not showing any transactions under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    Once you submit that someone from support will be in touch via email as we don’t offer phone support.
