can't access a blog

    I received a invite to view a blog but I cannot access it. I don’t want to have a blog but it seemed like I had to register to read my son’s teacher’s blog. I could see it in my subscriptions but when I clicked on it said her privacy settings meant I needed to request permission even though she gave it to me. I just want to ready the blog. Help!

    You only need a username account , not a blog unless your teacher requires you to have a blog.

    Exactly which blog were you invited to contribute to? What is the URL starting with http://?

    This is what the relevant support doc states:

    They will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If they are logged into their WordPress.com account, they will be taken directly to your blog. If not, they will be taken to the log-in screen, where they can either log in or create a new user account.

    Note that users who create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.

    If you still have issues then make sure you are running a browser or version of it found at http://browsehappy.com, and you have both third party cookies and JavaScript enabled on your browser. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

    This is the blog I was invited to follow. mschong205.wordpress.com

    I could see it in my blogs, but whenever I clicked on it, it said I needed to request access. I unsubscribed but and went back to the invite, but it says it’s expired.

    i have a wordpress account. I’ve changed my password 3 times today.
    I still cannot log in through a blog i want to comment on. Keeps telling me that my user name is not recognized. Any suggestions?
