cant access a design to customise

  When trying enter Wu Wei I got the message that what I was looking for did not exist. As I am having trouble with accessing a design I would like to cancel all my blogs please.

  You can’t edit a theme on WP.com the way you can on WP.org. You can literally only add CSS code (and only if you have the custom design upgrade) to the pre-existing theme code.

  If you mean the Not-Found message on your blog front, this shows because you deleted the sample “Hello World” post. Once you publish a new post (Posts > Add New), the blog front will be back to normal.
