Can't access a free custom domain name in "Personal Plan"

  On the WP website it states that a custom domain name is available as part of the Personal Plan, but when I enter my custom domain name, the form comes back showing this is only available with the Business Plan.

  Problem resolved. When I chose the “upgrade” option, the site actually knew that I really wanted the Personal Plan. This wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to find contact info to ask why this incorrect option was being offered. Please fix this.
