Can't Access Account

  I am working with a company who has a DNS record with wordpress. We have been trying to access the account that is associated with the dns record but can’t seem to find the correct login information in order to either reset the password or access the account. Could someone with WordPress please contact me in order to work through accessing the account. We will be able to provide any info we can when you contact us. I had to create this account as there is no other contact means we can find.

  Note. This isn’t related to the account serafin39.wordpress.com, this account was only created because we can’t access the one we are trying to access.

  The account we are trying to access is serafin.com.

  I had to create this account as there is no other contact means we can find.

  I created a free account. I couldn’t find a way to contact support to access the one we are locked out of other than creating a new one and posting here.

  Any way we can get in touch with a support member to assist us would be greatly appreciated.
