  hi there…I need some help…you host a site for me, conversationsandcompany.com and I cannot access it on your main portal under the username conversationsandcompany, though I can access my personal dashboard through my site and have verified my username…how do i create connectivity for this?

  That site is actually hosted at Siteground, not here at WordPress.com. You should be able to access it directly at https://conversationsandcompany.com/wp-login.php?
