Can't Access Account – 2-step SMS code

  I have another account under pureeir dot wordpress dot com and I can’t login in due to the 2-step verification. When I enter my password it takes me to the next screen and says that it’s sending me a SMS code BUT I don’t use that number anymore. Therefore, I don’t get the SMS messages with the code in order to verify my account. I’ve reset the password several times and it always gives me that SMS message and I’ve found no other way around it to login.
  Is there anyway to reset the 2-step on your end so I can get in and change that. I would prefer to use the Google Auth. App anyway.

  I made this new account in order to get help from support, I do NOT want to use this account. I have a business account and would like to use the service I paid for.
