Can’t access account

  I tried to access my https://mikereport.wordpress.com/ account after a bit of an absence. The phone number on the account is correct and my phone receives other texts but I did not receive my MFA authorization code. Can you assist?

  Hi there,

  Are you sure you are supposed to get a text message and not enter the auth code from the Authenticator app?

  If you’re not receiving your two-step authentication codes, then you can use the backup codes that you’ve generated.
