Can’t access account

    Hi!

    Suddenly my client and I lost access to our dashboard for chelseacomptonhair.ca. When trying to access the wp-admin, I get a ‘page not found’ error message. I created this secondary account hoping to transfer that website to this new account but am unable to do that as well.

    Hi there,

    chelseacomptonhair.ca is a site hosted with GoDaddy and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    However, Your login page can be found here: http://chelseacomptonhair.ca/wp-login.php

    In addition, Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
