Can’t access account

  I established crimjj.wordpress.com long ago as a free account. I can’t get access to it now. I tried the account recovery procedure but have none of the three items requested to prove ownership. What can I do? (I seemingly changed my password successfully with my user name but the system says I don’t have a wordpress site.) thanks.

  If you’re not able to provide any of the verification info we require on the account recovery form, I’m afraid we won’t be able to give you access to the account. We have strict rules in place to prevent unauthorised access to our users’ accounts, and we cannot make any exceptions.

  You changed the password of the tgest account you used to post here. But the site at crimjj.wordpress.com belongs to a completely different username, associated with a different email address.
