Can’t access account because I lost back up codes

  Hello, I am trying to get into my site kamalathompson.com username kamalathompson and I know my password but can’t get pass the authentication because I no longer have my old phone and I don’t know the back up codes. Can someone bypass this additional verification?

  Hello there, I’m sorry to know the trouble you have to login into your account.

  According to this article (https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#if-you-lose-your-device), if you lose your device, the only way to login is by using the backup code.

  I’ve added a modlook tag for Staff to advise you further if required.
