    Hi there:

    I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    Your sites aren’t hosted here at WordPress.com, so we’re limited to what we can advise here.

    For your domains:

    – thesalzburginstitute.org: registered through Web Hosting Canada
    – tsim.org: registered through azdomainz.com

    For tbctheory, that isn’t a domain name so I wasn’t able to look that up, but it’s likely at one of those domain registrars. You can look up that information yourself via https://lookup.icann.org/en

    For your hosting provider, you can use https://hostingchecker.com/ to see where the sites are hosted and can contact the hosting company to cancel your account.

    Again, your sites are not hosted here at WordPress.com nor do you have any paid upgrades here to refund. You would need to contact the company where you purchased hosting to cancel.
