Cant access account to cancel annual subscription thing

  Hi! I have no idea how to handle this issue: I have various WP sites under DIFFERENT accounts. Apparently I’m being charged annually for the domain kvansanten.com, but I have no idea what email address that site is under or how to log in to stop being charged. I don’t have any of the things needed to recover my account, and the only emails I’m seeing are ‘your domain is expiring’ being sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff), but kvansanten.com is linked to a DIFFERENT account. Please help! Thank you.

  The easiest way to find the right account is to use the email address where you received the notification about kvansanten.com on the login screen for WordPress.com. Each account requires a unique email address.

  I’ve had a look at the account owning kvansanten.com and that domain registration and hosting plan do not expire until 2024-03-24. The card on file will expire before then which is what needs updated.
