Can’t access account to update payment option

    when I click the link from the email I received, it tells me I do not have an account set up

    Hi nancy666583866,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades. Can you send a link to the site you need to update the card details for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here as these forums are a public place, a site link is the only information I need for now.

    You could also try logging out of nancy666583866, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to.
