Can't access admin

    When I try I get this: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_allowed_themes() (previously declared in D:Inetpubwebsmemoriaselectivacomwp-adminincludestheme.php:144) in D:Inetpubwebsmemoriaselectivacomwp-adminincludesdeprecated.php on line 924”

    Anyone knows what’s going on and how to fix it? Thankyou very much!
