cant access admin after using two steps authentication

    Hello WP team,

    I’m using a wordpress.com with a mapping domain ecomeye.wordpress.com
    after that I set to choose two steps authentication with Google Authenticator. while I havent finished connecting Authenticator with my mobile app, and I lose the backup code.

    Now I can access to my admin email, my phone but I dont have any code to login in. I submited a form to https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery but i didnt receved any response.
    Please send my veryfication code to my admin email or phone.

    Is there any other customer support mechanics for paid customers?
    Or can I get my code via phone as what i can do with Google Authenticator for Gmail.

    same problem with me, i can’t log in my wordpress because my phone reinstal and i’m using 2 step verifikasi Google Authenticator. So bad if i can’t log in to my WordPress, Please help us!!
