Can't access admin bar

  Can’t access dashboard
  I just setup my account early this week for a class I have and me nor my professor can figure out why I can access my admin view. We’ve tried jacobhbbrd.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ and that didn’t work (we’ve also tried doing the other way of clicking on my avatar picture and then the name of my blog but the problem is that my blog name doesn’t show up like it does on everyone else’s account). I’m always redirected to another page.
