can’t access admin – error messages

Recently I started getting error messages at the top of my site. Then it went to a blank screen with just the error messages. I can’t log into admin to see what’s going on. After trying to read about what it might be, I deactivated most of my plugins via FTP including Jetpack. Does anyone know what this error is, and how I can get rid of it so I can get back into my admin? You can see it here…

It looks like there an issue with the theme you’re using but we can’t help here as your site is not hosted with WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
