Can’t access admin functions

Since some time yesterday we’re unable to access admin functions on our site skatt.hr and make changes to it, which is greatly inhibiting our business. Whenever we try to sign in or load a previously visited page in it, we get the error ‘Nažalost, nemate dopuštenje za pristup ovoj stranici.’ translated as ‘Unfortunately, you don’t have permission to access this page.’ Please advise, what might be the problem there and how to solve it.
