Can't access admin login page

    I am currently managing this website: aeinigeria.org without issue. However, recently I discovered that I can’t login to the admin dashboard using aeinigeria.org/wp-admin.

    The last thing I could recall doing is to update some plugins. The main website is working but the admin area is not accessible. I have tried changing my password from cpanel, renamed my theme folder from cpanel, and other advice given but did not work. How can you help me please?

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
