Can't access admin page on either self hosted site or wordpress.

    I am trying to log on to my admin page (back office) but unable to. I believe it is a plugin that causing the problem and I am happy to delete it, if I could. I have a white screen and this message:

    Looks like http://www.michellehatchermedia.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Also, it is using the WordPress.ORG software package.

    You have posted your issue in the wrong forum. This forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not elsewhere.

    Both(WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
