Can’t access admin page on my site

  I run cloudflare SSL through my site to make it https, and i disabled Flexible SSL plug-in on my page and now everytime i try to get on my admin page and re enable it so i can get on it errors and says “too many redirects” i have tried disabling my SSL on cloudflare and that hasn’t worked. I feel like there isn’t anything i can do. http://www.gloupera.com by the way
