Cant access Admin Page, Technical Difficulties error

  I was in the middle of uploading a new theme and plug ins when I accidentally refreshed the page.
  I can still see my website, but now I can’t access my Admin page and I receive the “cannot access page, experiencing technical difficulties error”

  the fix for this seems to be to access the FTP and delete the plug ins, but I also had not set up a FTP yet and cannot seem to find a way to do it with out having access to my page.

  Ya know as some one who is just starting out it would be so much easier if WordPress, which is the most widely used online platform had a support phone number I could call. Like y’all make it so difficult to get an issue fixed.

  I do not have a WordPress.org. I cannot access my admin page, I continue to get a technical difficulty error

  WordPress.org is free software rather than a company so there is no one to phone. If your host doesn’t provide support you need to register an account at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ which is manned by volunteers rather than people sitting in a call centre.

  As it is not a WordPress.com-hosted site, we really can’t help with it here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
