Can’t access admin site

  Can’t access admin site

  Hi. Yesterday I went to the Admin site: http://micarecouncil.org/wp-admin/ for http://micarecouncil.org/ to edit the website. But it said my website needed updated including plug ins. So I hit the update button and now I can’t access the admin site and the website is no longer active. I don’t understand the directions provided at https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/faq-troubleshooting/ and need help in accessing my website and getting it back live.
