Can’t access admin site or website
-
Yesterday I tried to access my admin site and website from different devices, but they don’t seem to be accessible. The both site had a message that said “This connection is not private”. I tried using rudanceny.com/wp-admin and rudanceny.com/wp-login.php but both failed to load properly. I’ve also checked that the site was down for everyone. How should I fix this issue?

Hi, the site you mentioned is not hosted here at WordPress.com, so we’re not able to offer any assistance. You’ll need to contact your current host, which appears to be Wix.

Hi Caimin! Thanks for pointing that out. I’ve transferred my domain name to WordPress. What are my next steps to solve this issue?

Happy Friday! Looking at rudanceny.com I see a WordPress.com landing page which means that your DNS is working and the domain is properly connected to our hosting service. The next step is to select a hosting plan for your domain. You’ll find those on https://wordpress.com/pricing/ and I’ll gladly answer any questions you have about those plans and features. -
I don’t see my original website content anywhere. Is there a way I could see them before I choose a hosting plan?

I’ve tried your method but it doesn’t seem to work. It was a website made with WordPress, I’ve been using the /wp-admin dashboard for the website for quite a while before the issue occured. I’ve been using ipower as the hosting service for the entire time so I’m a bit confused on where things are located. There may be more of a difference that I’m not aware of.

WordPress is software that can be hosted anywhere. This is the host WordPress.com and you’ll need you old site at whatever host to still be online to easily import the content from there to here.
