can’t access after installing

    I just bought hosting today and a dominion name. I’ve been told my dominion name won’t be accessible for a day or two. I’ve tried to download wordpress into the root directory of that dominion and when i click on the button to access it i get a cannot find page. Do I need to wait until my dominion name is available on there servers?

    This forum is for wordpress.com blogs, not blogs hosted elsewhere. It can take a day or 2 to become active depending on the company, but I found it’s usually active inside a few hours at most. Contact your host.

    For reference, you need to be over at http://wordpress.org

    Shouldn’t take a day or two. Should be like 5 minutes for a domain to be active. When you move a domain from one host to another is when things take a day or two to work.
