Can't access any of my account settings or payment history

    When I log into wordpress and go to my account everything is greyed out. I get a warning that the site ‘couldn’t load the domains’ and that the ‘concierge service is unavailable’, whatever that is.

    When I click on the payments tab I just get a puling grey box, no payments history.

    Under payment methods it says I don’t have any stored, but I literally made a payment yesterday and got a receipt for it, so I know the account is active.

    Has anyone had experience of this? Or does anyone know how to contact wordpress directly about this?

    You’re in the right place for help.

    I’ve taken a look at your account and I can’t seem to replicate what you’re experiencing.

    You should be able to see purchases here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    You should be able to see quick start sessions here: https://wordpress.com/checkout/offer-support-session

    You may need to refresh once or twice to see those if you’ve made a purchase recently.
