Can't access any of my editing tools

Hello all. I am having a problem with accessing editing & publishing on my website (domain: http://www.threadsnthoughts.com). I haven’t logged in for several months, so I am wondering if there was some sort of update that I need to do to access everything.
No sort of error codes or anything that come up, and my internet connection is strong. The page just fails to load any text or content that are a part of the publishing tools page. So far, this has happened when I click to go to the site pages, blog posts, and contact support page, although I’m sure it would fail to load in the same way for any of the others. I also cannot access the live chat tool (just keeps having the loading animation running but never loads), thus why I am posting here.
Website loads correctly and all tools works like normal in the mobile app. Please advise!

This looks like an issue with your browser.Could you please try clearing the browser cache and see if it makes any difference.
Also, make sure that the JavaScript is enabled.
https://enable-javascript.com/If all the above doesn’t work, please try switching to another browser to check if the page loads properly?
If you’re using any browser add-ons, like ad-blockers or anti-tracking extensions, see if disabling them help. -
