Can't access any support

I have neglected my blog for awhile and need to contact support to make sure it is active and my content is still there. I have tried all of the suggestions I can find and what I get each time is a webpage with labels that appear correct but with the data entry fields in blue and they will not allow input. Is there ANY possibility of being able to have a person answer a telephone or an email address to which I can write? I consider this to be one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had with any “support” of any commercial entity on the web since Mosaic was released.

We are really sorry that you faced so much to get the staff help I just saw your blog fireofspring.com and I am able to see the blog and all the content is on that site.
WordPress doesn’t have any telephonic support but what they have is the Live Chat Support where Happiness Engineers are there to help the user on their issue. Live Chat support is only for the users that are under any of the WordPress paid plans.

What site do you need help with, and how exactly have you tried contacting support?
The account you’re using to post here owns a premium plan, so you have access to 24/5 live chat and 24/7 email support using the help icon that appears bottom right on all pages in the My Sites dashboard, or via our contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
The only site I see in your account is https://firesofspring.com/, and that site is online and working fine for me.
