Can’t access anything but homepage!

Every time I try to access anything, including other sites I run on WordPress, I get a blank white page. I’ve cleared by browsing history. Any help?

Could you try clearing your browser cookies as well? That would log you out of wordpress.com and you will need to login again.

Clearing the browser history is isolated to the search terms and sites visited. This won’t impact the cache or cookies, as these are separate steps. With Safari opened up, click on Safari > Settings. Then, you’ll want to check the box for the Develop menu.
From there, you can clear the cache by going to Develop in your top menu and using Empty Caches.

Thanks for the tip about empying the cache. I’ll bet many people think that deleting history is the same thing. It didn’t work… so I logged out of WordPress and shut down the browser. I restarted the browser and logged back in and it worked properly. I’m not sure which piece of this puzzle actually the culprit?

Typically, this points to something on the back end getting forced to refresh with the hard restart, or a browser extension might be causing interference. Now you’ll know what to try first if the issue happens again. Depending on your settings, the browser may also have been updated with the restart. This tells us that the problem was localized to your machine and setup rather than originating here at WordPress.com.
